| Steven G. Dean
Chairman and Director
Mr. Dean has extensive experience in the gold mining business, including serving as President of Teck Cominco Ltd. to July 2002. He was also the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Australian gold group Normandy Mining Ltd. from 1987 to 1994.
Mr. Dean is based in Vancouver and is a director and Chairman of a number of public companies, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a Member of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum.

| Manfred Peschke
Director
Mr. Peschke has over 25 years of experience as a public accountant and was a full partner in an accounting and data processing firm responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for public accounting and heavy equipment companies and the management of both private and publicly financed mining/exploration companies. Mr. Peschke has served as a director for several other mining companies. He served as President, CEO and CFO of the Company since 1994, was appointed to the position of Chairman in 2004.

| George D. Chapel
Director
Mr. Chapel brings over 40 years of resource engineering, capital cost estimation/evaluation and senior management experience to the Board where he also acts as technical advisor to the company. Most notably Mr. Chapel's career includes four years as Vice President of Operations, three years as Vice President and General Manager and eight years as CEO and President of Manalta Coal Ltd. Mr. Chapel holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Manitoba and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta. Mr. Chapel is a civil engineer with a proven track record in the development of large resource projects.

| Larry W. Shelley
Director
Mr. Shelley is President and Chief Executive Officer of Coril Holdings Ltd. and a director of Coril and its subsidiary companies which include Exploram Enterprises Ltd. a major shareholder of the Company. Mr. Shelley has held senior positions in various corporations, most recently, prior to joining Coril Holdings, Mr. Shelley was Chief Financial Officer of a global ground engineering and environmental services firm. Mr. Shelley received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary. He also holds a Corporate Finance Designation, an Institute of Corporate Directors Designation and is a Chartered Accountant.

| John Amundrud
Director
Mr. Amundrud is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Coril Holdings Ltd. Mr. Amundrud holds a Bachelor of Law, from the University of Alberta and a B.Sc. In Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. He was Corporate Counsel at Pembina Corporation and was Vice President, General, General Counsel and Secretary of Coril and its predecessor company. He later served as President of CXE International Bank Ltd. (Barbados), a Coril Subsidiary, for four years. From 2004 to November 2009 he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Coril Holdings Ltd., until taking up his current position with Coril Holdings Ltd. in November 2009.

| John R. Morgan
President, CEO & Director
Mr. Morgan, who has a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of British Columbia, acquired extensive operational and administrative experience over 23 years with Manalta Coal Ltd., which at the time was the largest coal mining company in Canada, including several years as V.P. and General Manager. More recently, he served for four years as Vice President Operations in charge of a large tonnage coal operation in Venezuela, the Paso Diablo mine. This mine was operated by Carbones del Guasare, a joint venture between RAG of Germany, Anglo Coal of South Africa and Petroleos de Venezuela, the Venezuelan state owned oil company.

| John Thomas
Vice President, Operations & Director
Mr. Thomas is an independent mining consultant with over 35 years experience in South America, Russia, Canada and Zambia. His experience covers a wide range of mining services, from management of feasibility studies, construction, start up to operation. He is a graduate of the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology where he received a B.Sc. (Hon) in Chemical Engineering, as well as an M.Sc. and Ph.D. He also received a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the U.K. Association of Certified Accountants.

| Brian A. Orgnero
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Orgnero is a graduate of the University of Calgary Commerce program and a Chartered Accountant with 15 years post-designation experience. Mr. Orgnero has worked extensively with publicly traded organizations throughout his career. Before joining Infinito Gold Ltd., Mr. Orgnero was the chief financial officer of a private international oilfield services company. Prior to fulfilling that role, Mr. Orgnero held a senior finance positions with an international drilling contractor with extensive operations in Latin America.
